All sales are final. If you receive the wrong size or product, we're more than happy to replace it for you. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll sort it out.
If your order gets lost during the shipping process, unfortunately, Never Too Distant isn't responsible for it. But don't worry, we'll work with the shipping carrier to help you track it down and find a solution.
