We do not accept returns or offer refunds except as outlined below.
Size Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are the wrong size. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with no damage (tears, rips, stains, etc.), and all tags must still be attached. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees related to exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at nevertoodistant@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or taking other appropriate actions.
